Pilbara Health Web Poll

January poll results: What stops you from exercising more often?

We all know excuses are easier than exercises and unfortunately the results of our quick online poll proved just that!

We asked how good you are at making time for fitness. Forty nine per cent of you admitted to struggling to find time for exercise, while 27 per cent said you found 30 minutes to do some form of exercise on a daily basis. Most of you drive to work (89 per cent) and  66 per cent classed your job as sedentary.

Choosing the elevator over the stairs is not a tough choice for most of you - if there are more than two flights. Only 32 per cent of you would seize the opportunity to stretch your legs and walk, rather than ride at every opportunity. However, when it comes to communicating with colleagues, 84 per cent of you prefer to walk across the room, rather than yell or send an email.

How do you communicate with colleagues in the same room?

Given the choice, do you walk up stairs or ride the elevator?

How good are you at making time for fitness?

Describe the activity level of your job.

How do you travel to work?
