Pilbara Health Web Poll

New poll:

How do you stay energised at work? Please take part in our quick online poll and let us know.

Last month's survey results: Stay Cool in the Sun

When you start to wilt in the heat, you probably need a glass of water. Dehydration saps energy, causes fatigue and reduces concentration. The good news is that most of you remember to drink more than two litres of water on hot days. Don’t forget watery fruits like water melon and oranges also help replace lost fluids.

Our survey result also showed that 65 per cent of you use a multitude of cooling methods, such as wearing long sleeves, donning a hat and staying in the shade. Forty-nine per cent of respondents said they did not sleep less in summer, while 35 per cent admitted to losing one to two hours of shut-eye.

What do you reach for when you feel low on energy?

Do you take your allocated work breaks?

What would you drink first to boost your energy level at work?
