And the winner is...

Brockman’s exercise physiologist Tammy Kearsley said, “Everything about the Biggest Loser was a success and overall a total of 117kgs was lost, which was a big achievement for everyone involved.”

“The best outcome was a huge sea-change for many participants. Losing that much weight means a whole new way of life, new things to look forward to, and most of all, a longer, healthier life. It’s a win for everyone,” said Tammy.

The feedback from contestants has been overwhelming and the programme will now be introduced to other sites. If you would like to run a Biggest Loser competition on your site, email us for details at health@riotinto.com.
